For the Pistachio Crumble:

• 1 tsp maple syrup
  
  

For the Dressing:

• 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
  
  

• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  
  

• 1 tsp white balsamic vinegar
  
  

• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  
  

• Salt & pepper to taste
